Our Great Room is a wonderful gathering space for watching a movie in front of a roaring fire, sipping a cocktail while curled up on the comfortable sofas, or simply gazing out the French Doors, past the deck, to the expansive and unobstructed view of sand and sky.

The Living Room, adjacent to but separated from the Great Room by pocket French doors, is the place for quiet conversation or a friendly game of backgammon or chess. Relax and enjoy your favorite novel, or plan you next day's outing with the help of our modest in-house reference library.

Our 75 foot deck runs the full length of the house and is really just an extension of the exquisite gardens. Visited daily by hummingbirds, the unusual collection of flowering trees and plants provide an alluring display for an array of native birds. There are lounge chairs for sunning, tables with umbrellas for breakfast or cocktails al fresco, and the ever-changing view of the Great Salt Marsh, the dunes of Sandy Neck, and Cape Cod Bay in the distance.

Reservations may be made from 9:00AM to 8:00PM Eastern Time, seven days a week by calling us toll-free at (888) 362-4441, or you may fax your request to us at (508) 362-4401. You may also use our secure online reservations system.

Guests may check-in any time between 3:00PM and 6:00PM, however special arrangements can be made for late arrivals. Sadly, on your check-out day we must say goodbye to you by 11:00AM.

During the months of July and August we require a minimum stay of two nights.

We require a 50% deposit for stays of 2 nights or longer to confirm a reservation. One night reservations and all packages require payment in full at the time of booking. We accept cash, personal checks, travelers checks or American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit cards as forms of payment. Gift certificates serve as a reservation deposit and are subject to the Inn's cancellation policies.

Should you have to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of $30.00 per room, if you cancel directly with the innkeepers by telephone (email and voice mail cancellations are not accepted) up to 14 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. No refund will be issued if you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival. In addition, you will be held financially responsible for the entire amount of your confirmed stay if you cancel all or any part of your reservation with less than 14 days notice, unless we are able to re-book your room for the entire period you originally confirmed.

Reservations confirmed by gift certificates are subject to the same cancellation policy.

Early departures or late arrivals are considered cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation policies.

We welcome children ages twelve and older.
The High Pointe Inn is a non-smoking property. However, smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only.
Although Casey, our Yellow Lab, is in residence (restricted to our private living quarters) we regret that we cannot accept pets, although we can recommend a nearby kennel.
